All phobias are learned Except for the fear of falling and the fear of sudden loud noises, all of our other fears and phobias are learned from past experiences in our lives, often in our childhood. Furthermore, the object of the phobia may have nothing to do with its cause. However, because our fears and phobias are all learned, they can also be unlearned with the help of hypnotherapy.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?
At Hypnotic Health, Paul uses Advanced Hypnotharapy and NLP techniques, and not just suggestion as many other hypnoptherapists do. Paul can therefore treat most phobias with just a few sessions and possibly as little as one. Sessions are given once per week.
